Personnel Committee

The municipal government has appointed a personnel committee for the term of office from 1.6.2025 August 31.5.2027 to 10 May XNUMX in accordance with Section XNUMX of the municipal administrative regulations. The administrative manager acts as the rapporteur. The municipal mayor has the right to be present and speak at the meetings.

According to Section 24 of the Administrative Regulations, the decision-making power and duties of the Personnel Committee include the following matters:

1. Conclusion of a public service and collective agreement under the authorization of the Finnish Association of Municipal Employers,
2. implementation of the civil service and collective agreement, application of discretionary provisions of the civil service and collective agreement, holding local negotiations in accordance with the main agreement and negotiations in accordance with the Act on the Right to Negotiate for Municipal Officials,
3. making discretionary salary adjustments,
4. determining a task-specific salary when an assessment of the job's complexity has not been made,
5. Temporary layoff of the office holder and employee.
