Invoices should be sent primarily as e-invoices. When sending a paper invoice, the billing address must be in the Recipient field.

If you do not have the option to send an e-invoice from your invoicing system, you can use the free Supplier Portal. To register for the Supplier Portal, you can order a username. Order a username.

The invoice must show the following information:

• Order reference (e.g. S100), which is entered in the 'Your reference' field on the invoice:
  S100 (general administration)
  S400 (educational activity)
  S450 (library)
  S470 (physical activity)
  S490 (early childhood education)
  S500 (technical action)
  S555 (kitchen)
  S600 (water plant)

• Subscriber's name

Personal service at the service point on Mondays from 9.00 to 15.00 . On other days, service is only available by phone or by appointment from 9 to 15.
